How do I claim the discount?

What is your working hours?
Monday-Friday 9.30AM to 5.00PM UK timezone, excluding public holidays.
How long does it take to deliver?
We ship using UPS Tracked Standard for both UK and outside UK.
Delivery times for UK: 3-7 working days.
Delivery times for other countries: 10-30 working days depending on the location.
Do you offer credit?
For orders above £2000, we engage in NET30 terms. Get in touch with us at sales@appleyardcrowe.com.
For deliveries outside UK, who pays the customs and import charges?
You (the buyer) are responsible to pay the customs and import charges. We cover the shipment charges.
Is the payment secure?

If I have a problem with the delivered goods, can that be exchanged/refunded?
Yes. Once you receive the order, take a picture of damaged goods. We will be on it in an hour and resolve with an exchange or refund as you wish.
